Padma Resident Loyalty Program is a frequent patronage program designed to reward guests for staying in Padma Hotels and Resorts. The following Terms & Conditions are intended to protect members of Padma Resident. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

  1. All individual guests are eligible for Padma Resident Membership. Padma Resident Membership is not transferable and may only be used by Members themselves.
  2. Members may reach a higher membership level when they collect certain qualifying nights. Membership level is valid for three (3) years.
  3. Members that have collected 30 qualifying nights within three (3) years will be upgraded to Padma Royal Member. Padma Royal Member are required to stay at least one time within three (3) following years to keep their Padma Royal Member status and benefits. Members that have collected 60 qualifying nights within three (3) years will be upgraded to Padma Ambassador Member. Padma Ambassador Member required visiting any property at least one time within the next three (3) following years to keep their Padma Ambassador Member status and benefits. Failure of collecting qualifying nights stated will result in the downgrade of the membership level.
  4. Padma Resident Points of Padma Preferred, Padma Royal and Padma Ambassador Members are valid for three (3) years from the last check out date.
  5. Padma Resident reserves the right to refuse/terminate Membership without a given reason or reject any application if the required information is not supplied accurately and in full.

EARNING POINTS

  1. Padma Resident Points are awarded when Members is staying at Padma Hotel properties.
  2. Reservation is made under the same name of the main membership owner.
  3. Padma Resident Points can be earned from accommodation and other expenses (not including third party).
  4. Padma Resident Points from accommodation are awarded only when reservation is made directly through website, email, or phone.
  5. Padma Resident Points may not be purchased, or sold, and not transferable.
  6. All Members can earn Padma Resident Points from other expenses, such as food and beverage consumption, and all Padma Hotels direct outlets.
  7. Padma Resident Points are not awarded on canceled bookings.
  8. To be able to earn Padma Resident Points, all purchases at direct outlets must be recorded in the room’s account, which required deposit or credit card guarantee.
  9. Padma Resident Points are awarded to multiple bookings of maximum of three (3) rooms for each stay. All booking must be using the member’s holder name, provided Padma Resident Member using one membership account and member holder must present and occupying one of the room. All expenses must be paid by the Members on the same invoice.
  10. Padma Ambassador Members are qualified to earn 10% bonus points on eligible spend.
  11. For all hotels, regardless of the rate booked, Members who book through any third-party sites are ineligible to receive Padma Resident Points for their room. All Members may still earn Padma Resident Points on all eligible incidentals charged to their room.

    Ineligible rate categories for point earning are:

    • Travel agency rates, online travel Agency rates. The guest room was booked through online travel channel or other third party channel including, without limitation, booking.com, agoda.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com, traveloka.com, travelocity.com, ctrip.com, etc.
    • The guest room was booked at a group rate as part of an event, meeting, conference or organized tour (room rates for business/leisure group reservations where the rooms are booked as part of conference or an organized trip on a group account or settled globally) and wedding/banquet rates, and complimentary stays.
    • The guest room was booked at a tour operator, wholesaler, airline crew rates, airline staff.
    • The guest room was booked at a specific special rate, family & friend’s rate, group.
  12. Guests will be eligible to earn Padma Resident Points after they become Padma Resident Members. Padma Resident Points will be credited to members’ account up to seven (7) working days after check-out.

      • Room rates through individual direct booking only, with exceptions of special rates.
      • Food & Beverage charges
      • SPA and Beauty salon charges
      • Laundry
    • Padma Resort Ubud
      • Room rates through individual direct booking only, with exceptions of special rates.
      • Food & Beverage charges
      • SPA and Beauty salon charges
      • Laundry
    • Padma Hotel Bandung
      • Room rates through individual direct booking only, with exceptions of special rates.
      • Food & Beverage charges
      • Laundry
    • Padma Hotel Semarang
      • Room rates through individual direct booking only, with exceptions of special rates.
      • Food & Beverage charges
      • Laundry
    • Resinda Hotel Karawang
      • Room rates through individual direct booking only, with exceptions of special rates.
      • Food & Beverage charges
      • Laundry

    ** Taxes & service charges, and other incidental charges are not eligible for Padma Resident points.

  14. Members may log in to the Padma Resident Website – www.padmaresident.com – to check their Padma Resident Point balance or email the our Padma Resident Membership Representative at [email protected] to get an update.
  15. Members who are missing Padma Resident Point from their Padma Resident Membership Account must notify Padma Resident Representative no longer than 365 days of their last check out date. Failure of notification will result to non-credited Padma Resident Points. Any claims for missing Padma Resident Points can be emailed to Padma Resident Representative at [email protected] .
  16. Padma Resident reserves the right to deduct Padma Resident Points from a member's account balance if the Padma Resident Points have been erroneously credited in the account without giving prior notice.

CLAIMING THE REWARD

  1. Members may redeem Padma Resident Points in value of Indonesian Rupiah for room nights, Spa, Beauty Salon or Food and beverages consumption upon check in or check out at Padma Hotel Properties.
  2. All rewards are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Padma Resident Points will be deducted at time of redemption.
  3. Padma Resident Points can be used to deduct the room expenses as long as Member books the rate from Padma's official website. Padma Resident Point cannot be used for corporate rate or any special rates.
  4. All offers and rewards are subject to availability.

GENERAL RULES

  1. Whenever there are changes of personal information, it is the member's responsibility to update their membership record in the Padma Resident Members' Portal or inform our Padma Resident Representative in writing.
  2. Padma Resident reserves the right to correct any Member statements or Padma Resident Points accruals or balances that are incorrect due to processing errors.
  3. Padma Resident reserves the right to amend the rules, restrictions, program benefits, and special offers without notice. Padma Resident reserves the right to terminate the Padma Resident program at any time.
  4. Benefits and rewards received under Padma Resident may be subject to taxes. Such taxes are the sole responsibility of the member who is the recipient of the said benefit or reward.
  5. Padma Resident makes no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the quality of goods or services claimed, redeemed and/or enjoyed through the Padma Resident. All conditions, warranties or other terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. In the event any member transfers the use of any Reward Certificate, this Clause shall also apply to the transferee.
  6. The Participating Hotels and/or Padma Resident reserve the right to adjust the Padma Resident Point values as and when necessary to reflect changing market conditions.
  7. Fraud or abuse concerning Padma Resident or reward usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by the Participating Hotels and/or Padma Resident participating partners.
  8. Padma Resident Loyalty Program is a program operated by the Participating Hotels. Service providers may also have access to members' records.
  9. All interpretations of the Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Padma Resident. In the event of any dispute, the member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
